Importing photos into FTM

I have a large file of photos and documents I want to incorporate into my Family Tree Maker.  When I try to move photos into FTM, I get an error message to the effect that FTM cannot accept JPEG and PDF files.  What's wrong.  I will appreciate any help.  Thank you. John B

I have the same issue. Does anyone have an suggestions?

FTM supports jpg and pdf files. I suggest that you contact their support at https://www.mackiev.com/ftm/
