Delete indidaul not complete

I have no problems deleting indiviaduals but the dialog box remains with ??. When you view it in Profile it shows as marriage 2 and date but no individual. I want to delete the individual, the box ( lack of better term) and data. I read throuh the forum for hours but could not find anything. Thanks

Unfortunately, these individuals can't be removed.
